A part of the VANTREO team since its inception, David leads the CompZone™ division ofVANTREO.  In the CA workers compensation community, David is consider a “guru” in claim strategy development, experience modification audits and employee classification.  He is regularly sought out by carrier claim adjusters for his input on claim resolution and reserve approach.

David is an active member of the North Bay Workers Compensation Association. The objective of the NBWCA, a non-profit organization, is to promote cooperation, and provide critical education to workers compensation professionals. David has extensive relationships in the carrier claim adjuster community which enables him to negotiate on a priority basis on our clients’ behalf.

David has extensive experience in the development of loss prevention and claims management strategies across a wide variety of industries.

David is currently in the process of completing the U.C. Davis Workplace Health and Safety Program and is a candidate for the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Prior to working in the insurance field, David worked as a legal researcher with an east coast intellectual property law firm.
