Corlette has close to 30 years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience and worked for two large insurance companies during that time. In those 30 years, she gained valuable knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation legal system, the attorneys that represent the injured workers, the doctors that provide medical care to them and the various tools available to effectively manage Workers’ Compensation claims.  She is able to identify proactive claims management versus passive claims oversight and can make realistic recommendations on the steps needed to bringing cases to conclusion. Her experience gives her the ability to know when the incurred reserves are appropriate based on the individual file and not necessarily on analytics from the insurance carriers.  She has credibility with insurance companies and clients and have been successful in making a positive impact on our client’s claims.
