With particular expertise in property/casualty, workers compensation, employee benefits, retirement programs and financial services, Tim creates in-depth organizational stratgies that both protect current profitability and address future financial needs.

Tim's insurance industry accomplishments include being president of Matsen Financial Services and a 20 year career with Aetna Life and Casualty culminating in a position as AVP of Marketing. Tim's Aetna branch produced $250,000,000 in revenue and was consistently recognized as one of the leading marketing organizations in Aetna which at the time was the largest diversified financial organization in the United States.
